Hiya, all. I dunno what's become of We're Here. Is it down for good or just for a while?
As some of you know, I had two new vertical ('skyscraper') murals under construction there to be included in my new Photoshop book. There are six segments in each, 800 wide by 550 high, at 300 dpi. The murals build from top to bottom, with each person blending his or her segment with the bottom 50 pixels of the segment above, thus:

I wish I'd thought to keep a list of all those who were participating in each mural and in what order, but I didn't. :( If you're here, and you know who you are, please drop me a line. Let's try and get this thing going again.

Hey Mark, is there any chance you (or your publisher) would be releasing this book in Japanese, like you did with the "Flash 5 Cartooning" book?

Well ... far too early to say, but we can hope so. The F5 book made it to Japanese, Chinese, Taiwanese, and Korean (though I still don't know if anyone bought it in any of those lands).
I know two people that bought the Japanese version of Flash 5 Cartooning. I bought the English version here myself. I was just curious because they may be interested in picking up this new one, since they are just starting out in learning pretty much everything.
I was pretty new at flash when I picked it up, but I wanted to learn a little about cartooning. It's a big help. :thumbsoup:
If your new one comes out in a Japanese version, I will try and recommend it to folks around here (If it's good, I'd have to see it first )
