anyone here know about this?
I have a WAMP set up, running on windows. We've got a magento site just been handed to us to install but it won't allow image uploads, it seems it needs to have rights to the %TMP% folder to do this, but I don't know how to set the permissions.

never mind, seems to have been some crazy cache issue

yeah spent a horrendous hour chasing what I thought was a permissions issue when it turned to to be all perfectly fine to every outside this office, and there must be some crazy thing going on with our service. God know, it works, fuck it. 
Maybe someone could delete this thread?
