I'm getting a lot of false positive virus warnings on sites, including things on my own server. I've checked all the files, and it's no changes has been made to the code.

Is there anything I can do?

What antivirus do you use?

Are you sure you do not have malicious iframes injected into your code/database?

I'm using Avast. The files that's triggered is external javascript files. There's nothing malicious in it. I've compare the file on my pc, with that on the server, and there's been no changes. There's nothing funny on the source of the pages as well.

I compared the 4 external js files, on my pc and on the server. Absolutely no difference, yet when I run a scan locally, nothing is triggered.
