Hi, Would you mind looking at my new site please and let me know what you think from a design, technical and marketing points of view please. http://www.pinkinteractive.co.uk/ I want to kind of re-invent myself and get new business in as I depend solely on word of mouth at the moment. I'm going to send out a load of flyers but want to make sure the website gives the right impression first. I'm not very good at wording etc so any tips would be greatly appreciated. Going to a networking event soon so I want to make sure it reads right before I hand out business cards. Thanks k

We can help with creating stunning graphics for your next important presentation, to help it stand out from all the rest, to creating your online presence with a website and email marketing. Pink Interactive can also advise on getting your website noticed to your target audience through search engine optimisation.

This doesnt sound right, I would reword that.

On your Portfolio - post a small gallery as well as links to the sites. Especially where the client has a CMS. It's just a matter of time before they screw up the site with 4mb JPG's on the homepage and make you look bad.

Spelling mistake - developemnt

On your contact page - use javascript to write out your email address, otherwise you're gonna get spammed.

Thank you for your suggestions so far. Much appreciated k I've made the changes except I still need to update the portfolio page with a gallery, but will hopefully get on to that soon.

Do you have your fonts set bigger than normal? 'Cause on my FF3 it looks fine

What i would change:

  • In the portfolio section i would place images which link to the website
  • Maybe put also some presentations you made online
  • Don't put your mobile with contact. Because you don't want people too call you at 9 PM.
  • Loose the "latest news" section, we'll at least if you don't have a lot of news. Doesn't look good if it isn't changed on a regular basis.
  • Make "Pink interactive" bold everytime you speak of it on your site.

And why you use the color pink on that site? I don't get it? j/k k

Go Flyers! http://www.capsblueline.com/images/flyerslogo.jpg

my only complaint is that I'd like the nav to be pink when I'm on that section
