I am driven crazy when I use the search function here and I am only allowed to do one search every 30 seconds. My mind can't work that slowly. By the time the 30 seconds is up, I've forgotten what I was searching for and moved on.

Please reduce this! Please!

BTW version 2 will be out approximately whenever, but it will be sometime before I die- probably.

In all reality it's not that big of an issue except that MySQL sucks donkeyballs and the search index has some-ought-million rows in it so I don't want it to get hit too much. The new search works off of flat file indexes which are orders of magnitude faster.
