I'm busy email stationary for a client, and now all of a sudden when I save for web, all I see is a solid pink block in the optimised tab. Strange thing is that it outputs the jpg fine. Other documents shows the preview perfectly?!

What is going on?

???

Does it happen every time? Have you tried killing your PS preferences?

Could be a corrupted file...

You don't have any alpha channels, or anything that could be interfering, do you?

The strange thing is that in the email signatures it does that all the time. Other docs works perfectly. However, last night I opened up a document, cropped and saved without any problems, went back in my history, cropped another area, and the red block was back?!

Any smart objects or placed eps files or anything? Can you try collecting a smart object, duplicating the object, and rasterizing it before going to "save for web"

No smart clips, and no eps'. Great news though..... it stopped doing it.

So don't ever tell me that cursing and slapping a pc never solved anything k

Oh, you're on a PC? Why didn't you say so? That's your problem.
