We're launching an alpha test of a VPN service, IPVanish. The alpha is limited to 2500 accounts and will run about 2 weeks. No monies needed during alpha. After the alpha if you've used more than 1GB of bandwidth and fill out a short survey you can get a 2 for 1 if you sign up for a month. I don't normally pimp out my work stuff here, but free VPN isn't too shabby. We have a Win. app that'll do the setup for you but if you're Mac you'll have to setup manually for now, an app is in the works for that.

This looks interesting.

It's also another area of the whole SOPA/PIPA fiasco that deserves discussion. I could easily see companies getting sued (or worse, shut down) for trying to implement services that get around blocks to non-U.S. sites.
