Went to the Range yesterday for my first time.
Went with a friend and bought one pack of 9mm and one pack of .357mm - 50 bullets to a pack. Shot 3 different size 9mm semiautos and 3 different size .357 revolvers. This is the biggest .357 revolver and was my favorite to shoot of all the guns we tried. I tried one bullet using Double-Action and the rest I shot Single-Action.

you know i was kinda thinking the same thing.
My shooting ranges usually just had cans or bottles for targets.

Ya but I've played lots of video games and the old people tell me that desensitized me and made my aim better so I could kill people more easy.

playing flight simulator is actually a good way to learn the basics of flight though.

Several years ago, I was invited - as a writer in the game industry - to an event surrounding the unveiling of a new helicopter sim game. Most of the other people were also game/sim wonks.
Part of the event was a helicopter flight which included some 'stick time' for each of us. The heli pilot/instructor commented on how much better we all did than the average first-timers.

And yeah, what the hell? I feel trés old now looking at that photo of me at 22. Old and slightly dumpy. But I'm definitely happier now than I ever could have been then. Although, I thought I was pretty happy at the time - I had no idea
