I've got a site, with a number of templates (3 currently) each with unique custom regions.

The problem is that when I add modules to 2 of the custom positions (and to all pages), it also shows on the homepage, which uses another template, BUT doesn't have those positions defined?

Surely the 2 modules in the custom position must only display on all pages where a certain template is in use?

Secondly..... when I try to filter the modules according to template -it displays the modules in the wrong templates.

The first issue is sorted, because I was a dumbass.

But the second one is still there
