I'm sure some of you know about a web development IDE called Aptana which is Eclipse based. I run it for certain things and it's a pretty good product. I tried their Studio 3 beta and had nothing but problems so I reported them and won't be using it. I'll stick to v2.

Anyway, while I was on their support forum I saw that people were writing AS3. I knew it wasn't set up for Flash code so thought maybe there was an AS3 plug-in you could get to handle code-hinting for ActionScript. Then it dawned on me......

AS3 for them equals Aptana Studio 3.

So, while it's hard enough to get proper information to troubleshoot ActionScript 3 code, now searches are also going to take you to people using Aptana Studio 3 (AS3).

that's gonna be confusing for people
