I'm on a PC. This just started happening.

No shortcuts are working, not even ctrl-C, ctrl-V Z, V, anything.

I read something about different languages and keyboard layouts causing this for some people, but I'm all english.

If something got changed it was by accident and I'm not sure how to set it back?

Any ideas?
