Oh really? ha! I actually didn't even know that was the actual music. It just reminded me of it.

Not sure how exactly you did it, persist, but a neat method for moving clouds like that is to distort them, thus:

You can also 'slide' them sideways, but this does a nice job of aping perspective, with the nearer clouds moving much faster than those near the horizon. FWIW
