hey crew, so flash movies are working a LOT better in the new version of director, but setting flash variables from the director movie is still pretty quirky. my current problem is trying to set the value of an array in flash from a director movie. setting a variable with one value is ok, but a whole array is messy .
here's what the code (lingo) looks like:
setVariable(sprite (1), "metaList[1]", ["What do you mean by nervousness and irritability?", "nervousness", "nervous", "irritability", "irritable"])
maybe i just need to fill it out one value at a time.
anybody have experience in this ballpark?
