Hi, A client of mine wants to send out a monthly email newsletter. All the recipients have signed up to the newsletter via the website. The email address that comes with the hosting only allows you to send 10 emails at a time and there is a limit on how many you can send in a day. I've never dealt with this before. What is the best way for me to suggest so she can send out an email newsletter to everyone in the address book at once? Thanks, Suzy

myemma.com mailchimp.com constantcontact.com

or any of the other services out there. I use emma and I like it. R_D has used MailChimp (or can at least vouch for it). They make things super easy with templates, address book imports, and lots of other tools. They use their hosts for sending the mail, you can host your images in the newsletters on their servers and you can set who the newsletter "comes from". It's all around a pretty great system if you don't roll your own custom app.

On mine I pay in tiers on a monthly basis. Currently, I can send about 50,000 emails a month for ~$300. I'd say I've gotten my ROI in over a year ago.
