Does anyone have Coreldraw installed? I've got a couple of really old files, that opens up in Illustrator, but all the colors is missing. They're in the swatches, but all the elements in the doc is black.
I just need a pdf version of the files, so that I can replicate in AI.
I've tried online converters, without any success.

Laser cutters use Corel - you could ask 2Blue, they are pretty cool people

instead of opening the file in illustrator have you tried just placing it? I find that works with some formats AI doesn't feel up to parsing fully.
